Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Mother and child dyads where the child aged 3-5 months is enrolled in Anganwadi. 2.Resident of Nand Nagri for at least past 6 months, not planning to shift for at least the duration of the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Mothers who have already started complementary feeding this child. 2. Children with any congenital anomaly and/or feeding difficulty. Mothers with significant language barrier making counselling difficult.
