Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed cases of Cervical Spondylosis 2. Participants irrespective of gender and age between 30-60 years. 3. Grade 1- 3 as per Kelgren’s cervical degenerative spondylosis grading.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants not fit for Pratimarsa Nasya karma. 2. Participants with traumatic injury of the cervical spine. 3. Participants with severe congenital malformations of cervical vertebrae 4. Post-surgical. 5. Participants diagnosed with Cervical rib, Cervical myelopathy, Syringomyelia, and Ankylosing Spondylitis. 6. Inflammatory arthritis involving the Cervical spine. 7. Pregnancy and Lactating Mothers. 8. Participants having completed any other trial within the past 6 months
