Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having BMI 25- 34.9 Patients who willing to fill informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having serious systemic illness like Hypertension, Cardiovascular disorder Renal and Hepatic impairment. Patients having Diabetes mellitus Pregnant women and lactating mother. Patients who are having Hyperthyroidism Hypothyroidism and other kind of hormonal Imbalance like PCOD and other gynecological complaints. Patients with long term steroid treatment.

It is expected that at the end of the study, we would be able to demonstrate the effect of Triphla Choorna and kapalbhati on Obesity with the help of BMI , waist hip ratio, body fat percentage, body circumference measurement, lipid profile which would be measured Before and after treatment. Timepoint: 45 days
