Inclusion criteria: Recently diagnosed RVD patients not started on ART RVD patient on ART for 3 to 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: CKD,SEPSIS,HYPOTHYROIDISM,FAMILIAL HYPERCHOLESTROLEMIA,ON LIPID LOWERING AGENTS,HYPOTHYROIDISM

MeasureTime frame
Measure of Lipid profile derrangements by RVD disease process itself and ART induced derrangement.Timepoint: Measurement of lipid profile 4 months of ART. At the time of diagnosis.—

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Compare CD4 counts to Lipid profile. ASCVD risk score comparison.Timepoint: HIV patients after 4months of starting therapy compared to initial CD4 counts at time of diagnosis.—
