Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI: 25-29.9kg/m2 No regular physical activity for 3 months prior to the exercise program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with respiratory and cardiovascular disorders 2. Subjects with musculoskeletal disorders 3. Subjects with neuromuscular disorders 4. Subjects with cutaneous wounds and skin infections
