Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Class I malocclusion with bimaxillary protrusion with average growth pattern, Full Permanent dentition. Patient undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment for the first time. No smoking

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with systemic diseases like bronchial asthma, hypertension, diabetes, epilepsy, congenital heart disease, chronic liver disease, juvenile rheumatioid arthritis, G6PD deficient individuals, gastro intestinal problems ,bleeding disorders. 2.pregnant patient
