Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Males and females aged 18 to 45 years 2. Subjects who will be able to participate in the study with informed consent 3. Long-term VDT users more than 4 hours per day, more than 20 hours per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who will not be able to participate in the study 2. Active ocular infection 3. Ocular inflammatory disease 4. Recent invasive surgical intervention 5. Allergic to MgSO4 and coconut oil 6. Photosensitivity 7. Systemic illnesses associated with DE
