Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18-25 years Both male and female Elite players practicing karate from at least ten years and performing at least fifteen hours training program weekly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of muscular, skeletal, and nerve pain in the head, neck, whole spine, and upper limbs. History of surgery in the head, neck, and whole spine, shoulder girdle and lower limbs, temporomandibular disorders. Pulmonary vascular diseases during the last five years.
