Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers of both gender under age group of 18 to 35 years with BMI of 18-25 kg/m2 and willing to give consent are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with any open wounds , burns, over the upper back are excluded. Individuals with active respiratory tract infection, chronic systemic illness, needle phobia, smoking & alcohol abuse are excluded.
