Intervention1: Acupuncture: patient will undergo needling over GV11, GV12, GV14, UB13 (bilaterally) for 20 minutes thrice a week for 1 month Control Intervention1: No Intervention given: No Interventi

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers of both gender under age group of 18 to 35 years with BMI of 18-25 kg/m2 and willing to give consent are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with any open wounds , burns, over the upper back are excluded. Individuals with active respiratory tract infection, chronic systemic illness, needle phobia, smoking & alcohol abuse are excluded.
