Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants having signs and symptoms of alopecia areata Clinical diagnosis SALT score upto 75% hair loss

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women. Patient with the history of bleeding disorder Patient with the history of autoimmune diseases ( Vitiligo , Atopic dermatitis , Down syndrome)
