Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from acute and recurrent acute sinusitis. Patients having signs and symptoms of Sneezing, Running nose, Nasal congestion, Post nasal discharge, Cough, Thick nasal discharge, Facial pain or Pressure, Watery eyes, Head ache, Ear fullness, Hyposmia, Dental pain (More than 3 clinical symptoms will be included for the study).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of Nasal polyp History of Bronchial asthma Participants with fever Pregnant women Participants with evidence of malignancy Participants with any other serious systemic illness
