Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Participants full fill the diagnostic criteria aged between 20 to 60 years of either gender. -Participants with lakshanas of amavata14. -Participants indicated for virechana. -Participants with diabetes mellitus and hypertension under control. -Participants with madhyama kosta.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Participants diagnosed with other inflammatory and degenerative joint diseases. -Pregnant and Lactating woman. -Participants with Amavata presenting with complication including joint deformities. -Any other condition interfering the course of treatment.
