Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subjects doing regular yoga practice under the age group of 18 to 22 of both genders ready to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any acute illness or any other congenital heart disease, Rheumatic heart disease, Bronchial asthma, Epilepsy and other systemic (renal, hepatic, pulmonary, neurological and, psychiatric) diseases or complications Subjected to recent surgery.

Assessment of Heart rate variabilityTimepoint: Heart Rate Variability will be assessed a day before and after the intervention of 4 weeks in adolescents

Arterial Blood Pressure(BP)Timepoint: Blood pressure will be assessed a day before & after the intervention of 4 weeks followed by primary outcome (HRV)
