Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Rhinorrhea Head ache Pain and tenderness over the paranasal sinuses Nasal congestion Adelaid disease severity score greater than 10

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fungal sinusitis Sinus polyposis Septal deviation Opthalmic headache Otitis media Vasomotor rhinitis

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The outcome will be mainly assessed by reduction in clinical symptoms(Rhinitis,Headache,halitosis,severe nasal obstruction) after the treatmentTimepoint: 7 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assessing the improvement of the patient from severe to moderate, moderate to mild through ADELAIDE Symptom Severity Score which helps to ensure the wellness of the patient.Timepoint: 7 days
