Intervention1: Thippiliyathi pottanam: Thippili,murungai vithai,vaai vidangam,milagu its all made into pouch & ask the patient to kept the pouch near the nastril to inhale for 7 days,10- 15 minutes Co

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Rhinorrhea Head ache Pain and tenderness over the paranasal sinuses Nasal congestion Adelaid disease severity score greater than 10

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fungal sinusitis Sinus polyposis Septal deviation Opthalmic headache Otitis media Vasomotor rhinitis
