Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between age group of 16-65 years suffering from classical sign and symptoms of arsha ( 2nd and early 3rd degree internal piles)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 16 years and more than 65 years. Pregnancy Malignancy of local area. Rectal prolapsed. Haemorrhoids of late 3rd and 4th degree. HepatitisB,tuberculosis,HIV positive cases. Uncontrolled hypertension ,diabetes mellitus Complicated haemorrhoids.
