Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Overhead Athletes with Glenohumeral Internal Rotation Deficit (GIRD)= 20 degree

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any present pathologies like rotator cuff tear, shoulder dislocation, instability and impingement syndromes 2. Shoulder injuries in last 6 months
