Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presence of obesity BMI greater than or equal to twenty five Waist hip circumference ratio reater than point eight

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 15 and above 60 Pregnancy and lactation Atheletes or body builders havin muscular hypertrophy cardiac illness Person undergoing treatment for any serious illness
