Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients of either sex between the age group of 21 to 60years patients having classical features of dadru kustha viz kanduh, daha, ragahh, pidaka with KOH mount test positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known case of skin cancer, skin tuberculosis, scabies, psoriasis, contact dermatitis, candidiasis, malignant infection, secondary infection. Dadru kustha chronicity more than 3 years. Patient suffering from systemic illness under medication that could affect the study results. pregnant and lactating women

To evaluate the effectiveness of the Anubhuta yoga lepa( a combination of khadira sara, nimba taila, tuttha) in the treatment of dadru kustha( Darmatophytosis) by assessing improvements in subjective parameter ( such as symptoms) and objective parameter( such as changes from a positive to a negative results) as the primary outcome.Timepoint: 0th - enrollment 14th day- follow up 28th day- follow up

To evaluate the effectiveness of the anubhuta yoga lepa by assess the time required for KOH mount test to become negativeTimepoint: 7th day- follow up
