Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are willing to take part in the research after providing informed consent and signing the form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers with Co- co-morbidities and diagnosed medical conditions. Subjects under the influence of any psychoactive substances, sedatives, anxiolytics, anti-depressants, and consuming alcohol and nicotine. Pregnant, lactating, and menstruating women. Persistent immunological deficiency, diarrhea, or the possibility of recurring infections. Individuals with mental illnesses (such as psychotic disorders, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, anxiety, or depressive disorders), eating disorders, or other mental health conditions.
