Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-40 years American society of anesthesiology (ASA) physical status 2 and 3 Singleton pregnancy Period of gestation atleast 37 weeks Scheduled to undergo caesarean section via pfannenstiel incision

Incidence of hypotension (systolic blood pressure less than 80% of base line) in parturients undergoing caesarean delivery under spinal anesthesiaTimepoint: 2 minute interval for 1st 15 minutes thereafter every 5 minutes till the end of surgery
