Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients more than 18years undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy,All patients who give informed consent for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy converted to open cholecystectomy,Laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with other procedure,Patient with GB perforation with other injuries like CBD injury, bowel injury, vascular injury,Pregnancy,Patients undergoing treatment for chronic disorders,Prior known allergy to local anaesthesia like bupivacaine.

To compare the pain score following irrigation with 0.5% bupivacaine vs irrigation with Normal saline (0.9%) on the surgical bed after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Timepoint: 2 Days Post operative

To compare the postoperative analgesia requirement, To compare the duration of postoperative hospital stay, To compare postoperative wound complication. Timepoint: 2 Days Post operative
