Intervention1: Irrigation on surgical bed with Bupivacaine: After laparoscopy cholecystectomy irrigation of surgical bed with 20 cc 0.5% Bupivacaine at the time of surgery only. Control Intervention1:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients more than 18years undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy,All patients who give informed consent for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy converted to open cholecystectomy,Laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with other procedure,Patient with GB perforation with other injuries like CBD injury, bowel injury, vascular injury,Pregnancy,Patients undergoing treatment for chronic disorders,Prior known allergy to local anaesthesia like bupivacaine.
