Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed patients of Vatakaphaj Gridhrasi
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with disc prolapse, malignancy. Known cases of Diabetes, hypertension, severe kidney disease or other severe metabolic disorder. Patient with fracture spine or leg.
