Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age twenty to fifty years old Male Mathadi worker Mathadi workers who carry weight on their head Mathadi workers who carry weight on their back Mathadi workers who carry weight on their shoulder Workers with a minimum of one year of work experience Selected workers from the vegetable market fruit market and grocery market all Mathadi workers participants who are willing to give consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Acute back pain and acute knee injury Recent fracture within six months Clinically diagnosed with a severe musculoskeletal disorder such as Patient with rheumatic disease spinal canal stenosis systemic disease ankylosing spondylitis People with uncontrolled hypertension Uncontrolled Diabetes Participants unable to comprehend questions Age group more the fifty years participants who are not willing to give consent
