Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: anti mullerian hormone less than 1.1ng/dl patient willing to undergo laparoscopy hysteroscopy fertility enhancing surgery and willing to consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: active pelvic inflammatory disease abnormal ovary on USG known platelet or thromboxane synthesis disorder/abnormal coagulation profile
