Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals aged above 18-30 years 2) Individuals willing to participate 3) Physiotherapy students

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Individuals having neurological, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal condition 2) Athlete, sports person, exercising regularly. 3)Individuals having poor VO2 max

Queen’s college step testTimepoint: Queen’s college step test. Baseline Outcome will be assessed on 1/7/2024. Intervention will be carried out for 4 weeks (3 days/week). Post Intervention outcome will be assessed on 29/7/2024.
