Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Low anal fistula diagnosed by clinical examination. Participants with age group of 18 to 60 years will be selected. Participants selected irrespective of gender, caste, religion and economic status. Participants with written consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Fistula in ano associated with colorectal carcinoma crohns disease, ulcerative colitis and tuberculosis. Fistula in ano in uncontrolled diabetes mellitus , uncontrolled hypertension, HIV, hepatitis B and veneral diseases.
