Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescent Badminton players with Early Sports Specialization 2. Regular training at least two sessions in a week with a minimum of two hours of play each session

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Musculoskeletal, Neurological condition which might affect Performance 2) Recent injuries
