Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients presented with classical symptoms of urolithiasis. 2. patients having calculus size up to 12 mm. 3. recurrence after treatment and surgery. 4.bilateral stone. 5. controlled case of diabetes and hypertension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients having calculus more than 12 mm 2.obstructive pathogenesis like BPH, urethral stricture 3.Associated complications like pyonephrosis, grosshydronephrosis, CKD 4.systemic disease like TB, HIV, Cardiovascular disease 5.Anatomical abnormalities like uteropelvic junction stenosis, polycystic renal disease, horseshoe kidney.

Result will be assessed on the basis of subjective and objectives criteria of mootrashmari subjective criteria like flank pain,nausea,vomiting,dysuria,burning micturation. objective criteria like hematuria, size of calculus assess by USG, numer of calculus assess by USG, change of density of calculus assess by CT scan .Timepoint: 30 days
