Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with features of Indralupta Patients with single or less than 5 localized patchy hair loss having surface area less than – 30 sq .mm will be selected Patients fit for Raktamokshana by Cupping therapy and Prachanna Karma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were having Alopecia Totalis and Alopecia Universalis, Androgenic Alopecia Abnormal clotting time and bleeding time Patients suffering from uncontrolled systemic disorder, chemotherapy and skin disorders, trauma induced, Tinea capitis, patients with furuncle, pustules, oozing skin lesion over scalp Patients contraindicated for Raktamokshana by Prachanna Karma and Cupping Therapy
