Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age Range: 18 to 55 Years 2. Individuals with both the genders 3. Who is willing to participate voluntarily

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Rectal prolapse, internal haemorrhoids and fissures 2. Previous abdominal and/or proctological surgery, with the exception of appendectomy, cholecystectomy and non-operative treatment for haemorrhoids 3. Consumption of high doses of stimulant laxatives 4. IBS or functional abdominal pain 5. Myocardial infarction, peripheral neuropathy, pregnancy or breast-feeding
