Inclusion criteria: ASA PS I and II Admitted for procedures requiring minimal sedation in Cardiac catheterization laboratory, PGIMER, Chandigarh

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preterm infants Hemodynamic instability (requiring inotropic support to maintain hemodynamics) Coexisting respiratory physiology Parent/guardian refusal to participate Obligate mouth breathers: enlarged adenoids/ tonsils, nasal congestion Airway abnormalities
