Inclusion criteria: Singleton pregnancy 37-41 weeks of gestation Cephalic presentation Onset of labour and before induction of labour Ruptured membranes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Multiple pregnancy VBAC

MeasureTime frame
the measurement of head perineum distance cut off will give us an idea about the engagement of fetal head, which will eventually help us in estimating the duration of labour and if any intervention is required. It will help in shortening the labour duration and intervention at the right timeTimepoint: at term, during labour
