Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants in the age group of 40-50 years. 2. Participants having near visual acuity less than N6, which can be improved to N6 near visual acuity with appropriate convex lenses. 3. Participants with symptoms of presbyopia Blurred or distorted image at close range Difficulty to read small prints. Need to hold book/objects further away to see them clearly. Difficulty to read more in dim light. Eyestrain and Headache on prolonged near work 4. Participants with written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who have systemic diseases like diabetes mellitus, hypertension. 2. Participants with posterior segment ocular pathology and inflammatory disorders 3. Participants with distant vision lower than 6/12 Snellen’s chart. 4. Participants unsuitable for anjana and pratimarsha nasya. 5. Participants with corneal pathology, dry eye syndrome. 6. Participants in the phase of pregnancy and lactation.
