Interventions

Intervention1: Majoon-e-Ataayi: 4.5 grams will be given orally twice a day for 45 days. Control Intervention1: Majoon masik-ul-baul: 3.5 grams will be given orally twice a day for 45 days.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects of all gender, above the age of 30 years and below 70 years. 2. Clinically diagnosed cases of OAB (any two / all of these Urgency, Frequency, Nocturia, Urinary incontinence)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with Uncontrolled DM, HTN, Cardiovascular disorders. 2. Urinary Tract Infection. 3. K/c/o Uterine prolapse (grade 3 and 4). 4. K/c/o BPH (grade 3 and 4), Other types of Incontinence like (Stress, Overflow, Reflex and Functional). 5. Pregnant and lactating women.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Decrease in overactive bladder symptom score-OABSSTimepoint: 0th, 15th, 30th and 45th, 60th day.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1) Improvement in Kings Health Questionnaire 2) Improvement in OAB-q QuestionnaireTimepoint: 0th and 60th day.
