Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men of age 50 to 70 years diagnosed with BPH and mild to moderate IPSS score on alpha blocker at-least for 2 weeks, willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Men with LUTS due to other neurological or psy-chiatric disorders, urethral stricture, urinary reten-tion due to BPH, recurrent UTI, prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy, history of surgery for BPH, arthritis, pulmonary dysfunction, renal disease, known cardiac patients, on combination therapy with 5 alpha reductase inhibitors those who regular-ly practice yoga or exercise will be excluded.

To assess the supplementary effect of three months of yoga therapy on autonomic function, lower urinary tract symptoms, Post void residual urine and quality of life among patients with BPH-treated with alpha-blocker. 2. To identify the relationship between uroflowme-try and autonomic function parameters, post-void residual urine, quality of life and IPSS score among patients with BPH treated with al-pha-blocker.
