Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Positive SLR test (0- 40degree) 2.Subjects presenting with Ruk (Radiating pain) 3.Subjects presenting with any one of the associated complaints such as Toda, Sthambha, Spandana, Gurutva, Tandra, Arochaka 4.Subjects fit for basti and are ready to sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known case of diseases of spine – Tuberculosis of Spine, Neoplasm of spine, Infections of spine, Spine fracture, Abscess, Congenital diseases of spine 2.Known cases of Impaired cardiac, hepatic and renal conditions. 3. Uncontrolled hypertension (greater than 160/100mmHg) and Diabetes Mellitus(HbA1C greater than 8%). 4.Pregnant women and Lactating mothers.
