Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. newly diagnosed cases of plaque psoriasis. 2. patient having clinical feature of Plaque psoriasis. 3. healthy individual fulfilling the criteria of swasthya assessment scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pregnancy and lactation. 2. Patients suffering from uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension, any other serious systemic disorders like tuberculosis and malignancy. 3. Participants not willing to provide informed consent for the study. 4. Non cooperative patients. 5. Patients suffering from Psychiatric illness.

MeasureTime frame
To assess the Viruddha Ahara practices in the patients of Plaque psoriasis and healthy controls.Timepoint: 1.5 YEAR

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To record the values of AGE and HsCRP in the cases and controls. To assess the relation between Viruddha Ahara with level of biomarker in patient of Plaque psoriasis and healthy controls. To assess the relation between Viruddha Ahara and disease severity scale (PASI Scale) in cases of Plaque psoriasis. To assess the relation between Viruddha Ahara and change in gene expression in patient of Plaque psoriasis and healthy controls. (if possible) Timepoint: 1.5 year
