Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children between the age of 3 - 5 years diagnosed to have any form neurodevelopmental disorder or disability will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parents with children of disability temporarily migrated and parents who are not ready to participate in the study

Data registry for the prevalence of disabilities, developmental abnormalities, and risk factors among preschool children registered in anganwadi in the selected villagesTimepoint: One time cross-sectional study.
