Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Unilateral inguinal hernias
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with complicated inguinal hernias. Patients with bilateral inguinal hernias. Psychologically disturbed patients. Patients having co-morbidity. Patients with prior abdominal operations, as well as patients with previous lower abdominal irradiation. Recurrent inguinal hernia. Below 18-year patients. Patients not fit for general anaesthesia.
