Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Asa 2 and Asa 3 fit patients. Patients that are haemodynamically stable and giving written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with restricted mouth opening and or neck extension. Patients with absolute or relative contraindications for transesophageal echocardiography probe placement.
