Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: university-level players Experience in sports, mainly game-specific, for more than 2 years Players should refrain from vigorous activity for 24 hours prior to the test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The players who had pathological or traumatic history of the upper & lower limbs; any spinal or knee surgery with in last 2 years.
