Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 65-85 years. Both genders are included (male & Female). Functionally independent individuals (with no walking aids).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any visual or vestibular impairments. History of cardio vascular and recent surgeries. Sensory or neurological impairments. Any past history of neurological and musculoskeletal conditions of lower limb. Individual not willing to participate in the study.
