Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients will be included if they are admitted during pregnancy or up to 42 days postpartum requiring intensive care unit admission from any cause related to or aggravated by the pregnancy. 2. Sequential Organ Failure Assessment score more than or equal to 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Length of stay less than 24 hours in Intensive Care Unit

Comparison of Sepsis in Obstetrics Score with Obstetrically Modified Sequential Organ Failure Assessment Score, and Obstetrically Modified Quick Sequential Organ Failure Assessment Score for prediction of mortality in intensive care unit in obstetrics patients with sepsis. Timepoint: The patient’s disease severity will be measured by Sepsis in Obstetrics Score, Obstetrically Modified Sequential Organ Failure Assessment Score and Obstetrically Modified Quick Sequential Organ Failure Assessment Score, which will be calculated as per the parameters recorded in 24 hours of intensive care unit admission.
