Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with age of 21 – 70 years with pain, numbness, paresthesia and tenderness over thumb. index, middle and lateral half of ring finger of hand. 2.Subjects with restricted range of movements of wrist joint. 3.Subjects with Positive Tinel’s Test 4.Subjects with Positive Phalen’s Test 5.Grade 0, 1, 2 of Paresthesia Grading 6.Lactating women
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous wrist surgery or splinting 2.Subjects with thenar and hypothenar wasting 3.Fracture of bones of wrist joint 4.Signs or symptoms of disorders that could mimic CTS (e.g. cervical radiculopathy polyneuropathy) 5.Grade 3 & 4 of Paresthesia Grading
