Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Number of cumulus oocytes complex retrieved in the follicular flushing group vs direct follicular aspiration groupTimepoint: Number of cumulus oocytes complex retrieved in the follicular flushing group vs direct follicular aspiration group measured at baseline immediately after procedure

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Fertilization rate of oocytes on the day after oocyte retreival in follicular flushing group vs direct follicular aspiration group Embryo development rate Cleavage rate Blastocyst development rateTimepoint: fertilization rate looked at day of fertilization , 17 hours after procedure, cleavage rate looked at day 2 & 3 after procedure, blastocyst development rate looked on day 4 & 5 after procedure
