Intervention1: Rosuvastatin loaded collagen membrane: Rosuvastatin is a member of statin drugs, a cholesterol lowering drug which an antibiotic effect also.
This is done in 6 months of span.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with mandibular furcation defects. Willingness to participate and comply with study procedures. Generally good systemic health. Non-smokers or willing to abstain during the study. Provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Systemic conditions affecting periodontal healing. Pregnancy or lactation. Known allergies or sensitivities to study materials. Current use of medications interacting with Rosuvastatin or periodontal healing. Uncontrolled periodontal disease or recent periodontal therapy. Recent dental procedures in furcation area. Heavy smoking or unwillingness to abstain. History of drug or alcohol abuse.
