Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Age criteria 30-65 years b) At least 6 month of diabetes mellitus c) Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Clinically unstable b) Neuromuscular diseases c) Pregnancy d) Unstable cardiovascular disease e) Inability or unwilling to comply with the required exercise f) Free from any cardiovascular medication g) Any other disease
