Inclusion criteria: Young female students of Galgotias University with age group between 17 to 24 years willing participating in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Married female students between the selected age group Young Female with chronic problem Any pathology related to pelvis Young female having hormonal issues
