Inclusion criteria: BMI ranging from 25kg/m2 to 29.9kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients on long term steroid treatment Those who are suffering from severe hypertension,type 2 diabetes mellitus with evidence of renal,hepatic and cardiac involvement Pregnant women and lactating mothers
