Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Known cases of PCOS diagnosed as Oligomenorrhoea with more than 35 days of bleeding interval for more than three consecutive menstrual cycles in the age group 18-35 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Known cases of structural uterine abnormalities and chronic systemic illnesses on medication. 2) Secondary dysmenorrhoea. 3) Thyroid dysfunction 4) Primary amenorrhea 5) Concurrent or previous use of oral contraceptive pills within last 3 months 6) Known cases of androgen producing adrenal tumour and other neoplastic growth 7) Participants with heavy menstrual bleeding. 8) Pregnancy and lactating mothers
